Due to an abundance of caution surrounding COVID-19, we will be adapting our Helping Hands Ministry to comply with CDC and state guidelines to ensure everyone's safety. Feel free to read below to learn more about our regular ministry to those in need within the Tracy community. Some services may not apply at this time.
Every Monday at 5:30 pm we serve a free meal to the community at the New Heart Church campus. With God's help, and with the generosity of those who have donated time and resources, we've provided over 30,000 meals to those in need over the last decade. The outreach also offers an onsite doctor to provide medical care and a shower trailer for anyone wishing to freshen up (Monday afternoons from 2:00 - 4:00 pm) .
If you've been blessed and would like to give to those in need, come partner with us and make a difference in the Tracy community through Helping Hands! See below for various ways you can make a difference...
Opportunities to help include:
Food/Beverage Prep: Work Together To Create the Meal (Monday Morning/Early Afternoon)
Setup Crew: Setup Tables & Chairs, Prepare Tables (Monday Afternoon)
Servers: Serve Food & Desserts (Monday 5:15 PM - 6:15 PM)
Cleanup Crew: Tear-Down & Cleanup (Monday 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM)
If servings on Mondays doesn't work for you, you can also partner with us through financial support. All donations are welcome, and every donation goes directly toward providing for those in need. Click here and specify "Helping Hands" to bless those in our community by providing basic essentials.
